The initial concept and design usually comes from our customer and no matter
about your artistic skills a drawing or sketch can be worth a thousand words

Once we understand what you are trying to achieve we may
introduce sketches of the options that you may wish to consider. During this
design phase we will be able to provide you with various
ESTIMATES as to the cost of each option
as we slowly develop the overall project plan. We will use this process even
if we are only making a bookcase for you |
Finally if this is a building project we'll take what has been done and turn it into site plans.
If your project is very complicated or involves an application for Planning
Permission we may have to involve the services of an Architect to draw up
plans like the one on the right. On really big projects we may also need to
involve a Surveyor. |

It is from these final plans that we can calculate and produce our detailed
WRITTEN ESTIMATE for the project to await your
decision.
